Outsourcing

The trend towards outsourcing services is one which is rapidly gaining pace as new and more dynamic formats (selective outsourcing, multisourcing...) emerge requiring specialist process management expertise.

OUTSOURCING is one of Visiant's macro Business Areas comprising: VOICE OUTSOURCING (i.e. call and contact centers) and DATA OUTSOURCING (i.e. data centers).

More specifically the unit handles the following activities:

  • Business Process Outsourcing - BPO: management and optimization of customer business processes (not normally core processes) through the provision of resources, application platforms and services (outsourcing of teleselling, market surveys, help desks, inbound and outbound call and contact centers)
  • Information Technology Outsourcing - ITO: hosting of customer data centers (operation of server applications and data servers and relative maintenance, operational management and disaster recovery); IP-based solutions

Visiant has call and data centers in Rome, Milan, Naples and Turin.
