The merger of Visiant Res and Visiant Stone sees the creation of a new business unit that strengthens the Group's position in the Finance sector
January 2011 sees the birth of a new business unit that consolidates skills, experience and an international presence on the IT products and services market.
Visiant Arcares unites and pools together the skills that Visiant Stone and Visiant Res have developed over the years in ERP credit management systems and integrated solutions for IT Governance.
The operation will enable Visiant Arcares to become a major player in a number of specific segments of the finance market. The new company will provide its national and international clients with products for running complex information systems along with vertical solutions for the management of various credit related financial products (factoring, medium-term credit, consumer credit, and securitisation, etc.).
This, first and foremost, makes Visiant Arcares a reliable partner for all finance market operators and a provider of services for any organisation, whether it be public administration, Telco or industrial, seeking to improve the performance of its systems.
